My Story

Speaking From Experience

I have been passionate about self-discovery and personal growth for as long as I can remember. This journey took a hard nose dive in 2019 when my marriage ended suddenly and I was faced with the choice to do some very challenging internal work or let my pain consume me. I worked with a Life Coach for over a year and was able to find clarity and hope when I had neither. I am tempted to say that my Life Coach saved me, but I know the truth is that I saved me... But I will be forever grateful to this phenomenal woman for sitting in my pain with me and being patient as I discovered my strength, my identity and learned to show up as the hero of my own story. When I think about the value of my experience with my Life Coach, I truly can not come up with a number. It is invaluable. The growth, knowing, self-trust, freedom and pure joy that I now have is impossible to attach to dollar amount. Part of my journey since 2019 has been discovering my deep passion for helping other women to discover themselves as I did. So, here I am. I can't save you but I am ready to sit in your pain with you, dig through the muck with you and fight for clarity with you because you ARE the hero of your story. It takes time, as any area of true growth does. But if you are ready, would you let me journey with you?
